the manager is a bad lady he did not want to return the money to the object purchased even if I had the shopping check he said they needed the purchase price, but I mention I had the check I had to go home for 30 minutes to get the price and bring it back so he could pick it up and throw it in the trash because he didn't need it anymore. the lady had short, black hair called a manager location: Westfield Stratford level 2
I wish I could give it a 0. Worst company ever and worst costumer service. I never received a confirmation email on my order and customer service basically refused to give me information on the order. I haven't even received my order... But of course, I was charged instantly.

Awful worst customer service ever! They speak like robots. They doesn't try to help at all. I bought a cloth in their store and tried to return it in a week, they declined it and said that I can return it just in three days! I contacted them online and they said that I can return in 30 days, I sent them the receipt around 5 times and asked them several times, they said that I need go to the store and refund. And in the store they declined it again. I emailed them again and asked to check the bill (there it says return in 3 days) and they said that I can't return it. AWFUL SERVICE! And three days for return!
Stradivarius doesn’t deserve even a star.I placed in order on 29.03.2021.I waited 2 weeks,nothing.I did contact customer service by email I believe it took them nearly a week to reply and they told me is been a delay to my order.I have to contact them to find out it’s a delay,they didn’t bother to inform.I told them I don’t want the order anymore and I had to wait till now to get my money back and still didn’t receive my full refund,waiting for them to reply.Customer service is disgusting,they are not even willing to listen the customers and they are raising their voice .Very disrespectful and not helpful at all.
Absolutely terrible service!
The return policy is a joke. After one week of trying to get any information, how to return the clothes, still nothing. Automatic answer per email, no answer per phone.
Finally I have reached someone by life chat, but there it was saying, that they will contact me later, they don't know when, because where is general problem in Swiss for return.

In such a high IT technology era its the worst return system I have ever seen...Not design for people who likes shopping online...
In regards to Stradivarius Belgium, the order I placed is listed as delivered but was never delivered. They don't answer the phone if you call customer service and get no confirmation e-mail if you contact them online. Still waiting to hear what happened to my package. It seems like since the pandemic started these companies only care about milking the profit without even delivering a service.Will never order again.

It is the worst experience I ever had with customer service and the store itself. My package is "lost" and they don't do anything to change that. I constantly get told to contact the deliverer, but they say to contact Stradivarius. Also, the customer service is really mean and bad, they answer you after 20 minutes with minimum information. A week ago they told me that they would start an "investigation" in terms of my package and when I contacted them about it after 2 weeks they said they would do it again. I have been waiting for almost a month now. This was the first and last time I'm going to order here. Really bad!
I hate to give Stradivarius such a low score as I love shopping in their London stores and in 2020 had nothing but positive things to say about their online experience. However, I don't know if the company as had a change in suppliers or what but their customer service has been shocking.
In December I placed an order of 3 items, 1 never showed up so I had to get a refund despite them stating multiple times it'd be dispatched. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and placed a rather large order this time from them. It was supposed to be dispatched between the 8th-10th March, so I got in touch today to check on the parcel as I was a little anxious after last time. Got timed out of the chat 3 times, finally spoke to somewhere with really bad English and grammar, who said it "maybe" dispatched today or tomorrow, and that's it. So I guess we'll see if my order ever shows, or it'll be just another headache for me!
I’ve had a good experience with Stradivarius. I ordered clothes and the quality of them were good. Also, the delivery came quick. I would recommend people to buy from them.
I have bought from Stradivarius online twice now I returned the first order due to just not liking it and got a refund promptly, delighted with the quality of the second order and shipping was super fast. I was surprised to see such bad reviews on trustpilot
Recieved wrong ordered, I've ordered leggings and boots and I've received two cardigans. When I tried to get in touch they took forever to reply and when I tried to keep contacting them I waited on the chat for 20mins to speak to someone. Never ordering again so dissatisfied.
They sent the wrong item, I ordered high-waist jeans and they sent regular waist. I want to return it but nor the app or the web are giving me the option of retuning items, and there’s no human way to contact customer service. There is not any Stradivarius nearby, plus all the stores are closed due to Covid lockdowns. What the hell am I supposed to do now?
